ESSENTIAL INFO

Site Rules

Of course we want everyone to have fun on the day, but to do that, we want to lay a few site rules for maximum enjoyment:

  • This is a public event, so please take care of your personal belongings. Cheam Celebration Farmers Market cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to persons or personal property.
  • Strictly no drugs or drug paraphernalia on site except for medical purposes. Anyone found in possession of drugs will be removed from the site and refused further entry to the event.
  • Smoking is not permitted inside or near marquees or individual tents at any time.
  • Any aggressive behaviour may result in you being asked to leave the event site immediately.
  • No speeding. When arriving/leaving the park or unloading/packing up please observe the 5mph speed limit at all times.
  • No crossing into any area that has been marked out of bounds by tape.

Pets

We are a fully pet friendly event, but we do ask that your dog is kept on a lead while inside the site and that you clean up after your pooch. We do have bags at the entrance should you forget.

Toilets

We have toilets on-site within the Cheam Park Cafe.

Accessibility

The main site is fully accessible to wheelchair users and mobility scooters, but please be aware that there are some uneven surfaces and may become crowded at times.

Disabled parking is located in the Cheam Park car park at the bottom of Tudor Close.

GETTING HERE

Train & Bus

Cheam train station is only a 5 minute walk from the site and has a good service to and from London & busses run at regular intervals to the surrounding areas. Please click here to plan your journey – tfl.gov.uk

Car

We do advise walking if possible due to the limited parking on site, but if you are driving there are easy access routes on the A2043 leaving the A3 at the Malden Junction.

Parking

There is no dedicated market parking on-site, so we advise using the FREE public car parks in Cheam Village located off Park Road behind Waitrose and off Station Road. As a public park there is limited parking off Tudor Close, but we would ask all those that attend NOT TO park on Tudor close itself as this causes disruption to the local residence.
